1 . Tags should not be removed from the product.

  1. Unboxing video of the whole package must be presented to us.
  2. ⁠You can file the return within 5 days of delivery .
  3. ⁠Amount will be credited within 7 business days after product received.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

3. Prepaid Order Cancellation

  • If you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can only be canceled before shipment. If you do not wish to accept the order, kindly inform us at the earliest to avoid inconvenience.

5. LilFits’ Right to Cancel

  • LilFits reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
    • Unavailability of stock
    • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
